At Alankrity, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:

Shipping Destinations:

As of now, we ship only within India. We do not ship internationally. For international shipping, please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram.

Order Processing Time:

Once you place an order, we process and dispatch it within 24 hours. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time:

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of your orders. The estimated delivery time depends on your location. Standard shipping can take anywhere between 2 to 10 working days depending on your location.

Please note that these are estimated times, and actual delivery may vary based on external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Fees: We provide free standard shipping on all orders all across India.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email/ text. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

  • Delivery Delays: If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, contact us at care@alankrity.com or WhatsApp +91 9311883417, and we'll look into it for you.
  • Incorrect Address: Double-check your shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts: If the courier cannot deliver your package after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. We'll contact you to arrange redelivery with an additional charge of Rs. 250.
